I'm on bovine ovary. I'm also consuming protein shakes. I read that Fenugreek helps with growth but I'm not lactating so is it good for those who don't lactate ? Also, since breast consists of fatty tissue, I thought adding fish oil would help.
Any comments or suggestions are welcomed

Yes fenugreek is good. I grew a lot on fenugreek and I recommend it. However, if you're taking bovine ovary, I really don't know if you would truly benefit from taking fenugreek as well. I mean bovine ovary can be strong anyway, depending on how much you're taking of course. It's not typical to mix the two, although I know that some people do.

Thanks for the reply. If you could please tell me how much mg of Fenugreek did you take and when did you see the results ? Does it work if I'm not lactating ?

I was taking 2250mg a day but I was taking other herbs too such as hops. It took me a month to start seeing results, but everyone is different of course in the way that they will respond to these things.
I'm not sure why you bring up lactating. Fenugreek has long been a natural way of helping with lactating, but that's another subject entirely. It's quite separate to using fenugreek for breast enhancement.

I mentioned lactating because I thought it only helps in growth by inducing lactation or by helping in milk supply, thus causing some growth.

Hi Newbie11. Well fenugreek didn't induce lactation for me. In fact I don't think the action of fenugreek is generally strong enough to induce lactation and therefore only helps with lactation if you're lactating already.

Hi lolalela
I was taking dried fenugreek so the measure quantity is actually more than that. If it was simply ground fenugreek seed the 1/4 tablespoon would be about right, but it was 2250mg of ground and dried fenugreek which is about 3 times that measure.
