I was going to title this thread Daisy May's program, but it didn't seem right as I am simply copying Miss Mad Scientist and it's therefore her program. So basically having had a good look around I decided to go with Miss Mad Scientist as it seems pretty simple and easy to follow. It's amazing how much work she put in and yet it still seems reasonably straightforward. I really thank her for her research and contribution to the NBE community.
Before I start here is my before picture. I hope others agree that I'm a good candidate for NBE. Wish me luck!

So I'm underway with the following.
30g of grounded flax seed with water in the morning and the evening (60g total daily)
25g of full fat soy flour with 200ml of whole fat milk in the morning and the evening (50g and 400ml daily)
That's all for now.

Hi Daisy
I have been out of touch for awhile, and have just seen your post
How has progress come along?
You have a great beginning, I hope your keeping up and growing.
NBE is a slow process, and many quit too soon. Keep going and have faith.
There is a lot of help waiting here for you too, just ask

Thank you for the encouragement which is highly appreciated.
I have made some progress but I am indeed finding it a slow process. I am taking your advice to keep going.

Excellent
also take pictures and measurements. You need booth because one of them will lie to you.
Dont be obsessive, but once a week or more is good to tell you if you need to make adjustments.
