Hi everyone! I've been using a vacuum cupping machine from Mychyway and have been noticing a little more volume in the 2-3 months I've been using it! I love the machine because you can also use it for butt lifting and body contouring.
I do have a question though, what do you think would be the ideal suction/release ratio? I noticed i get more volume with longer suction and less release, let's say 3-4 seconds of suction to 1 sec release. I think I get more 'lifting' if the suction is not as long, i.e 1 sec suction and 1 release or so. Anyone noticed the same thing? And what are your tips+schedule for best results? I know it varies but I'm curious to know.
