Hi! I have been insecure of my small breasts all my life and recently discovered this page which gave me a little bit of hope… please give me any advice of what to do
Background: Im 24, female and have been taking birthcontrolls (yazmine) with a lot estrogen for almost 10 years. Due to acne i started early and have been in relationships so i cant quit with birthcontroll. I have gained and lost weight during the years But Unfortunatly the weight goes to my stomach instead of the boobs. Im currently a small B But without fat on the upper part of the breast But my boobs are very round.
I have been trying to massage and listen to sublimials and also binaural sounds without any resultat. I tried fenugreek which seemed to Shrink them. Im 56 kg and 164 cm and feel good with my weight now. Im not taking any supplements except betakaroten. I tried massaging with flaxseed But after 4 days it seemed like they became smaller again. I think my boobs got a little little bit bigger after starting with birt controll But its hard to say for sure.
I dont think maca is good to mix with my birthcontroll so i was thinking of starting with MSM or maybe fishoil? Maybe try more massage without oil? Or change to another birthcontroll with less estrogen? PLEASE help a girl out i feel so lost!!

Hi lovely! Please don't fret NBE is possible for almost anyone, it's all about what works for YOU and your hormone profile/genetics, have you had any recent hormone blood work done you could share? Fenugreek shrinking your breasts tells me possibly that you already have very high estrogen(estrogen dominance in bio women causes shrinkage) so progesterone based supplements/cream may be what you actually need! MSM and fatty oils like fish, borage etc are all great as they are all mostly non hormonal so won't affect your estrogen, flaxseed oil is a double edged sword it works for many(worked for me way back) but for some it does the opposite because studies have found it can either be estrogenic or anti estrogenic, but I'm assuming in your case it may have been estrogenic if you do indeed have estrogen dominance from the BC. If you do get hormone blood work done please feel free to share as it will help alil more as hormones work alil different in bio females in regards to estrogen dominance and so on. You may also want to try massage with a non estrogenic oil like almond oil, Castor oil or coconut oil and add in a good quality full percentage Jasmine essential oil as this can balance your hormones rather than bring them up. But for right now I would personally suggest a progesterone cream(USP grade) however I will admit I'm not too knowledgeable about BC interactions so you might want to do your research if heightened progesterone can affect your current BC you are on. Hope I've atleast helped somewhat

Hi! Please thank you SO SO much for taking your time to reply to me, I feel so thankful I want to cry

I have not taking a hormone test, Im not really sure on where to go to take one but I will look into it for sure! I have to admit that I was taking fenugreek as one capsule a day 500 mg for 2 months so maybe it was not enough time but when you feel that they shrink I did not want to risk anymore

I also think my boobs look less full when I get my period and I don't take the pill for a week so in my head I have always been thinking that the pill at least make them a little bit bigger but maybe its just the cycle. I think I will try MSM and fish oil, but what I read from these forums before I understood it as to take MSM as the powder and to start lower and then increase it with time should be the way to go, do you know after how long time or how much mg to take? I looked at progesterone cream and it seems to already be taken as a BC so I think I need to check with a doctor even though they always say they don't know...

But I found progesterone cream that was natural (for example:https://bono.se/biovea-progesteron-kram?channable=4185a8736b750042494f50524f47435245414d35394d4cee&variant=40729825738833&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwh_i_BhCzARIsANimeoGNOGLSjgM8g7FciQLGjZbjp-lfaB0DWZ24ChLwFIT5DExa8-74pFUaAvaUEALw_wcB) but if I understand you right that is not the same as
progesterone cream(USP grade)? USP grade seems to be something different? Thank you again so much again

Since you’ve been on birth control for 10 years, it’s possible your hormones have already stabilized with it, so switching pills might not make a huge difference and dropping estrogen might even reduce fullness, so I’d be cautious there. If you’re staying on it, your best bet is probably to focus on non-hormonal support.
MSM and fish oil are generally safe to try and can support skin elasticity and general health, but they’re unlikely to change breast size on their own. Massage may help improve blood flow and tone, but results are subtle and take time and don’t worry too much about oil types, just be consistent with what feels good on your skin.
One thing not often talked about is posture and upper body strength. Strengthening your upper chest and improving posture can subtly lift your shape and give more fullness up top, even small changes can boost confidence

The problem is that i dont have enough tissue, so when i work out and have good posture it does not make a difference
