In a world where cosmetic surgery is becoming increasingly common, are breast implants and other enhancements pushing us towards a narrow definition of beauty? How do these choices impact self-esteem and societal norms around women's bodies? What responsibility do we have in promoting diverse representations of beauty?

If breast implants can enhance physical appearance, what psychological effects might they have on self-esteem and body image? Are there instances where individuals regret their decision, and how can these feelings be addressed post-surgery?

Actually, a lot of women regret getting implants. From a male perspective, I kinda like to look at a woman with large artificial breasts, but wouldn't want that for a girlfriend. I am in favor of NBE, but not implants. Not natural looking, not natural feel. Fat transfer, if done properly, ok.
