Tabular breast solution
#1

Hello,

I am a 35-year-old woman with regular menstrual cycles and Grade IV tubular breasts (final stage). My breast ultrasound shows fibrous and glandular tissue, with a small fibroadenoma for follow-up. I plan to use the EVEBra device only.

My case is similar to the attached picture:

Could using the device alone achieve results similar to this picture? Have there been cases of Grade IV tubular breasts improving with EVEBra alone?

My goal is true development of both ducts and lobules. I understand that the most effective approaches generally include one of the following:
  •  HRT (Estradiol + Progesterone)
  •  Non-hormonal breast enhancement (NBE) supplements and protocols
  •  Strong topical protocols like TCP (DHEA + Progesterone + stimulators)
  • EVEBra combined with a light hormonal program
  • Real bovine ovary (BO)

Based on my ultrasound and hormone labs, can you outline a tailored breast-focused HRT and topical protocol , including doses, frequency, and adjustment steps? Also, as a genetic female with tubular breast IV, will this approach produce meaningful results, or are the outcomes different from (and not as complete as) those seen in trans women?”

Here are my recent results:

Note:
I would like a plan and program designed for a gentic female with tabular breast IV, reflecting natural female physiology, not a transition protocol.

I haven’t started any treatment yet—neither herbal, hormonal, nor vacuum therapy. If you have any additional information or tips, I would greatly appreciate it.

I want both breasts to grow evenly from the start. My right breast is smaller and narrower around the areola, so I need a plan to help it catch up with the left one.I want to ensure symmetry in both right and left breast

I DON'T WANT RESULT LIKE THIS PCTURE

Your best option is to pump the smaller one only. It's been suggested that you could massage the smaller one only, but I think pumping might prove to be more effective.

Thank you jeem. Pumping the smaller side helps with symmetry, but with Grade IV tubular breasts the issue is structural, not just size. So pumping alone isn’t enough. If you have any tips specific to tubular breasts, I’d appreciate it.

No, unfortunately I don't have any tips specific to tubular breasts. The only ways I know of evening out a size difference are massaging the smaller one and pumping the smaller one. I haven't heard of any other methods.

How are you intending to get HRT treatment? Is that available at your age where you are?

I’m not planning full HRT. I’m 35 with regular cycles, so I’m only considering localized topical options. Prescription HRT is available here, but I don’t intend to use systemic hormones.
