Can you use saw palmetto for massage? If it was applied directly to the breast tissue it would lower risk of cellulite wouldn't it?

Hmm...it doesn't look like herbal massages really do much to enlarge breasts...it looks like it's better to save the herbs for oral use only.

I wouldn't discount it out of hand. The material I have read so far seems to indicate that herbals in your massage oil can be of benefit. Fennel seed can be bought in the herb and spice section of your grocery store. I steep it like tea, only I up the amount a little for a
heavier concentration. I mix it in a cream mix of Lubriderm and lavender essential oil body cream. Also in the mix I add Eucalyptus Oil. May not be effective.Time will tell. Massage with herbals , If I understnad it corectly. Attempts to load up the recepor sites in the target area more directly by access through the skin transdermally. Take a look at this page. It was written by Wahaika. A lot of info on it concerning herbal NBE. Internal and external.

Ah, finally found the thread I have been looking for in the old site.

Lol I meant cellulite on legs etc if you're just massaging your breasts with it it won't effect you're legs will it, is what I meant I hope you can't get cellulite on your boobs! Haha . Thanks Andy will have a look x

I haven't got this massage yet but i heard a lot about this massage technique. Its the best massage for breast tissues. I am thinking about to have this massage. I hope it 'll prove to be the best exercise for my breasts.
