Just starting questions

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I started using massage about 2 - 3 weeks ago. I started during my luteral phase and had lots of pain which was releived by massage. I am at cycle day 7 and have been massaging about 4 times per day for about 5 minutes each breast. I have not signed up for Grow Yours but I have been massagingg in a way that I did to hand express milk while breast feeding. I can see some clear fluid now if I really squeeze after. I would not call it a true "drop" but it is visible. What amount is the goal of enough but not too much. I feel kind of crazy for doing this but the idea of quick results during swimsuit season is too much for me to pass up. Also, my sex drive seems to be growing faster than my chest. My DH does not know I am doing this but he must know something is up. Has anyone else waited to tell DH?
Thanks,
Wendy

I don't think it's the same thing to do the Grow Yours progam and to make yourself lactate for breastfeeding purposes though. Be careful what you do, or you might get problems.

I just feel funny giving some guy any personal information about me. He is probably legit but the creep factor always exists on the internet.

the goal of gy's is not lactation it is to trick the breasts into thinking you are pregnant and making them swell and grow and store fat in them just like they do when pregnant. Some ladies do have a very few drops but it isn't the goal. Please be careful.

Got to correct you a bit there kieyah. You are right about GY being about tricking the breasts into thinking you are pregnant and making them swell, but the temporary growth you get is not by storing fat in them.
