If this helps, I'm 30 underbust with 34 1/2 around bustline and I use the mediums. You'll probably be fine with mediums or MAYBE even large since you're underbust is bigger. the mediums sound safe to me though.

I went ahead and emailed noogleberry and they said to get mediums, but i went ahead and bought the medium and large, I am being optimistic! Hoping they arrive soon, i know it may take longer because of all the delayed flights from the volcano in iceland some time back, but oh well, I'll be ready when they get here!
