The most important neutral foods are also known as "starch staples", i.e. bread, rice, pasta, cereals. Other neutrals are papaya, mango, sweet potato, mushroom, almonds, kidney beans, seaweed, and peanuts.

I thought wild yam is a boobie friendly food!! It's only neutral? Why so many people's programs include it as an ingredient and some are using wild yam cream for massage?

Neutral foods are not bad for boobie growth. I take several neutral foods as part of my booby growth project, foods like lettuce, carrot, yam, papaya. Don't think to avoid neutral foods in the booby growth project.
