Heyy everyonee.
I have some questionss about UB, I'm goingg to be starting it very soon so I wanted to know more about the detox stuff I see some people postingg on the forums. I've been taking some herbal pills for about a month noww, but I'm gonna switch to BO , I heard you shouldd get a detox before doing that ? Is that truee. What happens if I don't ? Will the pills not work? And also what else could I add to UB routinee ? Any suggestions ?
