Hey everyone,
Just an update for me: I am experiencing growth with the wild yam, saw palmetto, and fenugreek regimen that Wahaika recommends, so.... I'm one success story as far as that goes. (As for numbers, it's really hard to say; the tape measurer has not really changed in the three months since I've started, but I certainly notice more volume in conjunction with the aches and ...... overall feeling of "activity" in my breast region.)
However, one reason I began all of this is the sagginess of my breasts. I have never had children; I was just unfortunate in that I was overweight when I went through puberty, and so my breasts became saggy after I lost that weight. I am slightly concerned that my growth is all localized in the bottoms of my breasts, and will, over time, make this sagginess problem worse. Don't get me wrong! I'm grateful that the herbs really seem to be having an effect. I would just like some input from anyone who has had the "sagginess factor" be an issue for them to shed some light for me. Do the tops of the breasts start to grow eventually too? OR, if the breasts are saggy to begin with, does the new growth simply maintain the form that there was to begin with?
Thanks for any input!
