So I have been checking out the site for a few weeks now and decided to finally post!

I think I'm going to start out with EveM's program. Do you guys make your own capsules? It obviously would be a lot cheaper. How much does a good capsule machine and weigh cost?

Have any of you tried EveM's program?

There were definitely some women in the old forum that tried Eve's program. I remember seeing them.

Capsule machines don't cost much, they really don't. If you want to go that route it's not expensive.
