I have read that I should only be taking this during the luteal phase, but I was curious if it is bad to take it during my whole cycle. I absolutely LOVE the way it makes me feel, but just not sure if it was only during that time or if it will cause everything to slow or stop.

It helps block progesterone and that's when it is the highest. Is that correct?
