Hi Ladies,

I am a qualified hypnotherapist with 11 years experience.
I have a diploma of clinical hypnotherapy from the NSW
school of clinical hypnotherapy.
I have had good results using hypnosis for breast enhancement,
but if you do a search on the net for it there are lots of
outrageous claims, and plenty of people wanting your money,
but very little real research.

I am wanting to change this, and am looking for volunteers to
be used in a clinical study. I am looking for people using an
NBE program, and also people who will just use the hypnosis.

for the study to be valid I need around 100 of each and will
be publishing my results.

There will be 2 different hypnosis mp3's used, one made by me
and another by a respected colleague, there will be NO placebo
or control group!

The study will be done over 3 months with a 6 month and 12 month update.

What I ask of you:
1. weekly measurements, the guidlines on here are fine, but I also need
weight and time in cycle

2. what your program is

3. a small journal to be updated at least weekly, but
preferably every second day

4. before and after photos... This is not compulsory as I fully
understand peoples reluctance, although it would be appreciated,
The photo need only be between navel and chin

you are still free to post results here and anywhere else, with your
thoughts good or bad

What I will do.

Supply the MP3's for free
Be available to answer questions by email, I am currently
planning on setting aside 2 hours every second day for this, but
if this is insufficient will add times on the weekends, as I
still have a practice to run.

Hi there,

I'm also interested. But i'd like some more info on this before i decide anything.

1)Do you have a website of your practice with more info?

2)Do we need to listen to hypnosis every day? and how many minutes?

3)You said you had good results with hypnosis for NBE, can you give some examples? How many cup sizes of growth is possible? What are the success rates?

4)Has the hypnosis mp3 already been succussfully used for some people?

5)Do we need some kind of instruction to listen to the hypnosis? Or can we just listen like that?

I'm not doing any daily NBE right now. Just eat some boobie friendly food and sometimes some massage. I have listened to nbe hypnosis in the past and felt it worked for me. But it was hard to listen to it every day. maybe sending in weekly measurements will keep motivated.

I'm interested. However, many girls here, including myself, are currently already participating in a study for a massage technique as a method of NBE. So is it possible to do your program as well as whaterve other NBE method at the same time? If I understand correctly, this will be self-hypnosis? I have tried a bit of that before and something puzzles me - most people don't really achieve a trance with those tapes, they just listen. Is this really enoguh to work?

My only question is how much time would I need daily for this? How long does the hypnosis last each day? I have 5 kids under the age of 10 so I dont have much time for myself (except for maybe the evenings). Please let me know asap. Thanks.

Hi everyone
I did reply to everyone but attached 21 megs of mp3's and apparently
no-one got it, as my server wouldnt send anything that large.
I now have a second address at gmail which allows up to 20 megs
I have been going through all the emails and resending them, I am so
sorry I am a bit clueless with the all the technology, usually
it works and is fine.
I have just found out that some people are not getting both emails
as one is 8 megs and the other over 12 megs.
If you dont have them both by tomorrow please reply on my new gmail
address which is nbehypnosis@gmail.com

I will also have to do the individual replies again, which may take
a few days as I am so far behind.

If you are unable to get the larger mp3 it may be worth getting a gmail
account temporarily. My IT guy says the only other way would be for me
to set up a website, which would take some time.

Lastly I am sending 2 mp3's the first is a long induction
use this if you have never been hypnotised or used a hypnosis cd
before, you really only need to listen to it once, the other is your
nbe mp3; I am just using my friends one at present as he has convinced
me that if I send mine then my study will not be valid as I will
be considered biased.
If for whatever reason we need to custom make some for people on
here then obviously I will have to do them, although this may
invalidate your results from my study, I am far more interested
in helping you to achieve your goals

I have tried sending all the mp3's again, I had mucho problemos.
I am now using gmail which may help. let me know if you didnt get them, as there were 2 files 8mb and 12.8mb.

I know no-one got my first attempt wwhere they were a combined 21mb

also as my answers to questions were attached to that I thought I would
post the answers on here toaday, I will take as much time as it needs

First of lets look at what you need to do.

If you have never been hypnotised or used a hypnosis cd
then i suggest you use the progressive induction mp3 first
once or twice should be enough.

The second mp3 is the actual nbe one.
this takes around 18 minutes so allow around 25 minutes
including being comfortable. I think it is best to use a comfy
chair.

It is preferable to listen to this everyday, but I would say
3 times a week would be a minimum, obviously any guided
visualisation works better the more you use it.

The time frame I generally work on is 12 weeks and we have seen
an average of about 1 to 1.5 cup sizes
although I have seen a girl go from aa to c in 16 weeks.

If for some reason it does not work for you initially
I will be here for additional help, there may be other
blocks we need to work on.. obviously if We do additional 1 on 1
cd's it will invalidate you from the research, but I really want
to help you all. I will do this at no cost to you.

My aim from this is to help everyone of you in some way
for volunteering. If you want to know anything else
about hypnosis just ask, any questions I answer on nbe
I will post on here, if they are about smoking or sleep
problems or whatever I will just use email.

Lol My first exposure was also a stage hypnotist, my cousin was hypnotised
and when he came off stage every time they put on the song "I'm in the
mood for love" he would try to kiss me .. he was so embarrassed afterward.

Don't worry there is nothing like that on this mp3, it is about
relaxation and visualised imagery.

I would recommend 25 minutes a day, but if evry second day is all you can do then that will work, just not as quickly.

Hypnosis will in no way hinder or obstruct your other nbe endeavours
One of the reasons I am doing this is to see how well they work together.
I am sort of hoping the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, or that they work together synergistically

I would sooner rather than later, so there can be no inference
that the results are fudged

but after the debacle with my email, send them after you have
used the mp3 for q week or so

Just remember everyone has different and individual needs and
requirements. For goodness sake dont blame yourself if you have
had problems with hypnosis. Rather question the skill of the
therapist (even if it is me lol)

An integral part of hypnosis is relaxation, if you have trouble
relaxing then maybe we need to address that first.

I firmly believe that any hypnosis should be
POSITIVE UPLIFTING AND MOTIVATING

I have never been involved in a study like this though, where basically everyone is left to there own devices with little personal contact.

as for your photo.. I absolutely respect your wishes to not

You should not feel bad or guilty for not sending one.

great question, short answer is no.
It is best to sit up so as to make falling asleep less likely

the best way i can describe the hypnotic state is where
your conscious mind is asleep but the subconscious is awake

Have you had the experience where when you are waking up in the
morning you know you are not awake but you are aware of whats
going on around you, maybe you can hear the birds or traffic
or even someone in the shower. This is very similar to the
hypnotic state

I would recommend being over 18 for this
so you would be fine

Also bear in mind that your body may continue to develop subtly
as you grow into womanhood.

This may be a good opportunity to discuss self esteem issues

I know it is hard in this day and age but dont allow
your self worth to be equated to your looks or body
or even your interpretation of these.

If anyone on here has that issue then maybe I should also do up
a self esteem mp3 (free) as I believe this is an issue
which is incredibly important

Remember Your body is not who you are

BTW I am perfectly happy with my B cup, but I wasnt always
as my little sister was a D by the time she was 14.
I was 17 and was 5 inches shorter and she could get into
pubs and I would get asked for ID lol
I realise there are people who will say you are lucky to
be a B, it's just my example, Like I said before

I did a 3 year diploma in psychology at Mitchell CAE
1983-85, then worked in various jobs including a lot of travel
in the early nineties I worked as a counsellor, but was
very frustrated that I didnt seem to make a difference to
a lot of peoples lives. In 1996 I did a diploma of clinical hynotherapy
at the NSW school of hypnotherapy, then worked with a practising
hypnotherapist for almost 12 months.
I worked as a sports psychologist for 3 years at the local university
in my town part time while setting up my own practice.

Hi Margi,

I work in Technical Support and I just had a thought about your email problems and some of the girls not receiving your mp3's. Often times when you send a bulk email with multiple addresses on it to hotmail or rogers etc, it will be seen by the system as possible spam and be immediately sent to the Junk Mail Folder. However, there is a super easy fix for this. When someone contacts you and wants to participate, have them add your email address to their address book. This ensures you are a trusted sender and your correspondance will be delivered directly to their Inboxes.

Here are the very simple instructions you can provide to people.

Click on the 'Address Book' in your email client
Click on 'Add Contact'
Enter the email address (margi's email)
Click 'Save'

I hope this helps.

Hypnosis Breast Enhancement Program

Hello Margi,

I would like to also participate in the hypnosis breast enhancement program. Please tell me what to do in order to participate. I have tried hypnosis before but then for some reason, I do not see any results. It's weird though. Everytime when I listen to a particular part of the hypnosis, I tend to fall asleep. Do you know why this had happened? I often lie down in a comfortable position on my bed. Do you think that's the reason why I tend to fall asleep easily? About how long will I see results. I am 19 years old and have a bust size of 32A. I want to increase my bust to a 34B. Please help me.

Before I used it I used to think that a real session with a real hypnotist would be more effective. Now I think the recording might be much better because of all the sound effects. That really helps me get into it! I can't believe I could actually concentrate, that's usually very hard for me to do!

i copied the file to my cellphone/mp3 player. using my headphones, it sounds like he is in my head talking to my sub conscience. pretty awesome

Halome I don't think I've been hypnotised by the cd yet either, but I've only tried it a few times. A couple times I got interupted so I couldn't finish. Then one of the full sessions I slipt into this weird state and freaked out so I snapped out of it.

I just need to learn how to relax I guess. I've never been hypnotised before so its making me anxious, which doesn't help. lol

I listened to it too for 1 week..But will continue when i start my program again..I just have one problem.I don't know if i am concentrating and really being hypnotized..I can always hear what is going on around me and i can open my eyes when i want..Although i do feel sleepy and heavy..Any suggestions?

I just tried it again. First the progressive then the breast mp3 and I still wasn't hypnotised. Everytime he says try to open your eyes I can.

However, during the progressive induction mp3 when he got to the number 1 I suddenly felt very light like I was floating and it felt like I was spinning. I wasn't aware of any of the surroundings around me, it was like everything was gone and I was just floating there. It scared the crap out of me and my heart rate started going really fast even though he kept saying I should be "calm and relax". So I scared myself out of that state and then I became aware of everything around me and I stopped "floating".

Was that me being hypnotised? or was that just something weird?

I was also thinking about going to a hypnotist for one session so I can see what it feels like being hypnotised and maybe get some tips on how to do it myself.

I have been wanting to do Margi's hypnosis for a while now!!!! I just haven't had any time. But I have done other hypnosis, the one weird European guy, I forget his name, but that really didn't do anything for me, maybe I didn't give it enough of a chance but I fell asleep A LOT and didn't continue. I am super excited to do this, but I need to focus on time issues.

I have been listening to hypnosis for about 4 weeks now (every night except 2 nights). I actually purchased the same one that Margi has, from a website just before she posted on here. I measured today and have grown about 1/4 inch which isn't a lot but hypnosis is the only thing I am doing (no herbs etc for a few months now), and my weight hasn't changed. The funny thing is that I think the smaller boob is actually catching up to the other one a bit and they both feel a bit different than they used to. Hard to describe in what way, just different. My husband has been away in Europe for the last six weeks and gets home on Saturday so it will be interesting to see if he notices anything different - he doesn't know I have been listening to hypnosis. I also get a general achiness in one or both boobs most days so something is happening - fingers crossed.

I've also been trying to use Margi's hypnosis for ~ 1 week now, and I'm not sure if I'm being hypnotized or not. I always fall asleep or something right before the guy starts talking about "imagining how you want your breasts to be like/ feel the blood flow there/tingling etc." But, for some reason, I always wake up right after the whole session is done. But I don't hear any of it... so I don't know if it's working for me. I guess I'll just have to try for a longer time...
does anyone else fall asleep?

I haven't startede Margi's hypnosis yet, because I'm still on GY so I can only do one time consuming regimen at once. But I tred hypnosis a while back not for NBE. The times when I thoguht I managed to hynotise myself, or come close, it felt as if I was moving inside myself, floating, falling, flying, spinning. It feels really good, but sometimes I too got unvoluntarily scared and it would make me snap out of it, particualry the falling part - going into trance for some reason always felt like falling to me, and really vividly, as if falling down into myself.
Otherwise I found it very hard to hypnotize myself, cause I always get itches on parts of my body, just cause I know that I shouldn't move too much.
