--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I dont mean to sound like a discouraging as*hole but.....im kind of doubting the effects of soy products. According to NBE methodology the diet we should be following is basically the diet of the Asian countries. (Chicken feet, protein from soy and fish etc., Soy soy soy)...now here's my question----it seems to me that most of the time Asian women have small breasts. Im not stereotyping or anything so please dont start with the finger pointing they are small and petite in general but nonetheless small breasts, small butt. Which is not anything wrong but just contradicting what we are saying here.

I too am in the belief that there is a way to enlarge breasts..there has got to be a way..just like doctors have the answers to the cure of some diseases out in this horrible world, but are def witholding valuable info somewhere in order to make money on implants etc etc. I'm thinking that there has to be a way. Those of you on this forum who are studying medicine will probably find an answer soon in the future.

On the other hand, maybe not everyone is meant to have big DD's?? just a thought. Maybe B or A or whatever you are is what is meant for you?

I believe that we can maybe enlarge the breasts but not to a huge size..NBE can help but it doesnt work miracles..

I myself hate having small boobs...I went to 3 plastic surgeons...all of the surgeons told me that plastic surgery is the only way. One of the doctors even does the stem cell fat transfer to the breast, and told me I dont have enough fat. This doctor told me that implants would better serve my purpose and are also much safer.

Maybe breasts implants are not all that bad..especially if they are smaller....maybe a combo of NBE and Implants would give us what we want??

who knows...

but lets all try to rule out the possibilities from the dead ends...

Im also feeling like some people are taking it too far and assuming that small breasts or a small butt means you have a disease or deficiency or something. WE NEED TO STOP THAT CRAP. First of all because theres no such thing..everyone is made different and if you have a small butt or your face is not too girlish, in your opinion, doesnt mean you have an excess of androgens.it just means you look like your mom and dad or someone else in the long lines of families we have, and those are the features given to you. And, IM telling you, you look like that for a reason--BECAUSE everything happens for a reason and you are all beautiful the way you are!! WHEW!

but if you want bigger boobs, so do I and theres no harm in that..lol

How about how some scientists are saying that big boobs means more fertility...ARE THEY ON CRACK OR SOMETHING???..I am and A/B and have never been bigger than that and its like the fertile crescent over here!!! but well talk about that another time...honestly..a lot of things doctors and so called scientists say is Bat****crazy..lets give em a big F U and start our own "LAB" and perform some crazy boob growing experiments and grow our own boobs on some helpless rats or something..

Hi Aerie,

Hey girl you are everywhere today... Let's see, soy, genetic potentials, implants, a call to appreciate the small and ... oh yeah, boobs on rats.

Soy is basically touted because it is a potent phytoestrogen. Some believe that increasing total body estrogen is the way to breast growth. Thus they focus on soy, PM, red clover, etc. Now here is the thing - soy in modest to small amounts will raise total body estrogen. However, if soy becomes a large portion of the diet it will out-compete the body's natural estrogen and possibly lower total body estrogen. This could possibly be why those who come from a culture that has lots of soy in the diet do not have much 'boob' response to it.

(Just a note here - Soy plus thyroid problems is a recipe for disaster as soy suppresses thyroid function. Also - there is a completely valid theory that NBE can be accomplished without increasing total body estrogen... just thought I would add those two in before moving on.)

Yes - we have a genetic potential that we will either actualize or will not express entirely. What many hope is that their genetic potential has been suppressed and they are actually D cups waiting to be expressed. Most however will gain 1 - 2 cup sizes - but hey - there have been some extreme gains and who knows what may lie within our genetic code.

Implants - in my opinion always a bad idea. After all they are shoving a plastic coated bag of either silicone or saline under breast tissue or the pectoral muscle. This bag is subject to rejection by the body and that is called capsular contractions - meaning hardened breasts. This occurs in a majority of cases following breast implants. Majority. There are also horrible complications that involve infection and autoimmune response in the unlucky few. Plus care of the implant means not doing anything that might shift it out of place or break the bag. Those women who I have worked with who have had beneath the muscle implants are told never to contract the pectoral muscles. Talk about turning someone into a 'Barbie doll' - you're just to look at - you're not supposed to do anything. And of course after 10 years the bags have to be replaced and for many much sooner than that they have to be removed due to health problems. Talk about a bunch of trouble just to have fake looking boobs.

As far as small boobs - Hey they look great - travel well and age spectacularly. One of the best thing that occurs in a proper NBE routine is an appreciation of self. Women who do NBE gain more than just breasts size - they gain perspective.

... And that brings us to boobs on rats... What now? Some sort of experimental lab where we force feed various NBE substances into the rodents and see what happens? I mean since hypnosis is considered a valid NBE choice just how do we hypnotize the rats? And magnets - I think getting a small enough bra to fit the rats so the magnets could be placed would be difficult. And then there is massage... just who wants to be rubbing the rat titties???? And have you thought about this... Do the rats want to have bigger boobs? I would hate to force this onto them...

By the way speaking of breast enlargement in the animal kingdom. I have recently acquired several stray cats and since I didn't want any more I got the females spayed. In each case the female had already mated and was various degrees of pregnant so they had some breast growth from the pregnancy hormones. For the spaying operation the belly was shaved and it was interesting to see the state of their breasts. Just like us human females there was a variation of buxomness. One of the females was definitely a D cupper. I thought the breasts would fade rather fast since the spaying removed both uterus and ovaries. It has been a couple of months and the D cupper is still sporting her bodacious ta tas. She definitely flaunts them and thinks she is better than the other girls. The other less developed girls don't listen to her though - cats have great self acceptance - no inferiority issues with them.

So... I guess I better stop ranting...

Best wishes,
waxingmoon

to waxingmoons comment on soy and thyroid function:

If soy supresses thyroid function, would it be useful to use in the case of hyperthyroidism? Or probably not good at all if their is any thyroid disorder?

Hi Aerie,

Here is the link to the picture pages:

http://www.breastnexus.com/picture_pages.html

Many of these women have had incredible results. Some have had more modest results. For those who have a program page you will find a link at the bottom of the picture page. If you check the date of the last post on the program page you can find if they are currently very active. If you want to ask them a question directly then I suggest leaving a message with their name in the message title on this main page.

You say 'help me believe in NBE'... If those picture pages and personal program pages are not enough then I am not sure you are willing to be convinced. I personally have achieved what I consider to be one of the better successes in NBE (no pictures though -that's not the way I roll... lol). I started out completely flat - my breastbone stuck out further than my breasts. You could clearly see my ribs through my cleavage area. Now I am a B cup. The increase for me was about 4 or more cup sizes - but hey do they even make bras for 34aaaa my starting size?

I don't know if my account would be inspiring to you because you could say - a B cup - that is not enough. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't - I am still doing NBE (on hiatus currently) and will someday be saying C cup.

Did I grow anywhere else... ha, ha, ha... just do a search on Maca and you will find my accounts of its incredible effect on my rump. You will also find me whining on my program page about gaining weight. That is not permanent and I have lost most of the weight my ill conceived tries at herbal NBE brought on. The breasts and butt are here to stay though. If you had asked me before I began if I wanted a bigger butt I would have said "No Way!" - yet I have grown to love it and it seems to have its own fan club. My women friends tell me it is great looking and the men just sort of drool. Who knew???

If you want a way to grow your breasts without any likelihood of gaining weight then you are looking for non-herbal NBE. Check out this forum:

http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php

The Noogleberry is a suction device and once you register you can check out the pictures. They are enough to inspire dreams. Many of the users have gone from A cups to C cups and larger. Of course the thing about Noogleberry is that even though it is easy to use and gives great results very quickly you have to be persistent with it on the magnitude of years before what you have created becomes permanent. This is my current method. It brought me from B cup to almost C cup before I had to put it on hold for hormone reasons. It did not create the hormone issue - my last bout of herbs - goat's rue this time - caused an upsurge of estrogen dominance. I am nearly ready to begin again and will probably have the C cup size I want before December.

So that's enough about me. Just a tip Aerie - you will need to do the picture page/program page thing. Just asking people to post their accounts will not give you many responses. And if you choose to do NBE you better get ready to do a lot of reading and research. It is not a one plan fits all thing. If you don't want to do a lot of reading; if you don't have a lot of patience - I don't know if you are right for NBE.

I hope you are willing because the process changes more than breasts - it really puts life into perspective.

------------------------------------

Hi Mel,

Theoretically a person with hyperthyroid could use soy to assist in bringing their thyroid levels down. The thing is - dosage. And would the soy interfere with any medication being taken for the condition. Seems a valid thing to look into though.

Best wishes,

Girls,
I'm not really not believing in nbe just I haven't seen anybody make a huge difference. Most of the pics are like looking at me before my period and then after. Nothing my boyfriend would really notice. I already have a big butt LOL any bigger, and I'd be a circus freak only cuz I'm smaller everywhere else,, kinda like those skinny girls with big boobs I'm the butt girl. Besides that I want my boobs to grow in proportion to my butt but if my butt is growing at the same time then nbe is really pointless oflr even worse my waist. I always pride myself on having a small waist. Any bigger and if rather be flat chested than flabby. I'm just trying to see if it's worth it for me. Obviously the boobs on those pages are growing but it's taking longer than one would really like and that may mean two years of trial before going through the agony of just getting breast implants and then I will feel like I had wasted my time you know? Grrtrrr it's so hard to choose what the do I just want to do something already. I wish god would just tell me which way is best. Fat transfer breast implants or nbe. I probably don't believe in the noogleberry way of nbe so I'm not even trying but ughhhh wthell is all I have to say. It's like each way method is so great and then boom! There's a tradeoff. Bug boobs or tight stomach soft small boobs or big hard ones fat transfer to boobs and lumpy stomach from liposuction and not big enough boobs anyway cuz I don't have enough fat,aARGHhhhhhhhh

Hi Aerie,

This is regarding the Asian diet.

Well I have to admit, Asian girls aren't genetically as gifted in the boob & ass department. I think it's partially genetically and partially because the smaller, under-developed look (small bodies, small boobs, small ass, small feet) has been admired as the paragon of beauty for hundreds of years, so for hundreds of years Chinese women have been doing what they can to pursue the under-developed look, perpetuating it by passing it down generation after generation both mentally and genetically. Even in Japanese pop culture today, the hottest girl bands still look pre-teen.
The big-breasted look hasn't become popular until the Western culture and its aesthetic standards invaded with Hollywood movies and HBO series.

But now that big boobs are IN, Asian girls do what they can to still make their bodies smaller, but also do what they can to make their boobs big.

I'm Asian but I grew up in Canada, and never did anything to "help" my boobs grow. I think many Asian girls in North America are like me, so most Asians we see around North America are less developed compared to girls of other races.
(Oh...another thing. A huge number of Asians we see in North America are Cantonese, who are the flattest (both front and back) of all Chinese. I'm not sure why. Nature works in mysterious ways.)

It wasn't until I moved back to Asia half a year ago for work when I noticed that most girls here, especially younger girls who are in their teens and early 20's now, are REALLY BIG.

When I went to buy bras, the sales (who would come into the change room to show me how to wear bras properly for best support. Apparently they ALL do that) told me that ALL girls of the younger generation are "AT LEAST D cup."
I was dubious, "ALL? No way!"
She confirmed, "Yes. D cup AND UP. I've yet to see a young girl who's smaller than a D cup."

And that is because these girls start drinking the Chinese medicine soup, the chicken feet soup, etc and do massages as early teenagers. It's shocking and a little revolting to see this obsession, especially when I discovered that girls who are 13, 14 start working on natural breast enhancement, and they are completely unabashed about it. No insecurities, no inferiority.
My friend said she was at the pharmacy and saw a 13 year old girl walk in with her friend asking the pharmacist which NBE brand (both are Chinese herbal medicine) works more effectively for their age. I was like....WTF!!! AT THIRTEEN YEARS OLD?!!!!

I think that's why they are all D-cup and up by 18.

So I have faith and I think it works. I don't think it's easy. If you want to see A LOT of growth you'll probably need to spend a couple of years working on this relentless, don't give up, don't doubt, and give the girls all the love. I think one reason why some people don't see a huge difference is because they get disappointed by the slow progress and give up.

(Login aerie84) Protein July 3 2009, 4:53 AM

Still then is protein really needed? Seems to me that concentrating on protein and helth foods is what my female bodybuilder friends do. They take whey protein and ieat a diet high in protein and lose fat and gain muscle whenever they workout. If they don't workout it's basically a bunch of calories turning into fat or at least an over abundance of protein tturning into fat. That's what I don't want! No bodybuildinbhwre I'd like to keep it like the Asian girls. Small and big boobs. Maybe Cfs would be a sufficient enough change to ones diet or even just collagen pills?? Cuz honestly I can't find chicken feet around here lol

Well think of it this way:
We want to grow boobs, which is flesh and meat and fat, and you need nutrition to make meat grow. But yes be careful with over-eating.

This is one thing I learned from reading the-literally-thousands-of-posts shared on one of the most popular Chinese forums on NBE (where Fengshui, the girl who grew from a loose B cup to DD, see http://www.breastnexus.com/fengshui.html, and Tigerlily learned what they have generally shared in this forum):

There have been lots of boob-growth aiding foods, but many of them inadvertently also make the girls gain weight. One of the most famous dishes is pork shrank boiled with peanuts, which REEEALLY helps with boob growth but also REALLY makes you fat, as some of the girls who tried it found out.
After a lot of painful trial and error (kudos to all those Taiwanese girls who relentlessly tried for years.), they boiled the magic formula down to a few tricks. Chicken Feet Soup is one of them. If you only drink the soup without eating the feet, you are consuming enough collagen without taking in all the fat.

But if you can't find chicken feet then collagen powder should be good too. I'm taking the Neocell super collagen ($10 for 7oz on iHerb) along with my CFS. Other foods rich with collagen: Pig skin & shrank. I've never done this before, but you can try cooking pig shrank soup. It's gonna be MUCH more expensive though.

If you still have doubts, travel to Taipei or Seoul. I often can't help but gawk at (I really appreciate beautiful forms) how beautifully proportioned their bodies look. I was just staring at the most beautiful pair of model-legs and petite waist yesterday on this regular, girl-next-door high school girl in the metro station--And yea she also looked like a D cup! haha
Asians in North America unfortunately are born with the Asian genes but aren't blessed with an environment full of knowledge & resources (all these boobie foods are soooo much cheaper & easily accessible here).

Anyway...I believe protein and collagen are both paramount. Soy is great too. You need the right building blocks to build your boobs!! If you have no fat on your body, you need to put some in your system. Massaging your breasts to increase the blood circulation before you consume the building blocks will help your system deliver the nutrients to your breasts better so it won't immediately go to your ass or your waist.

I have a lot of faith and I'm willing to spend a couple of years on this if I need to. I've already grown nearly an inch in the past few months and I believe I can grow at least 2-3 more inches to a D cup.

OK so then what do you think about working out while on NBE?
I go to pilates three times a week for an hour each time and I try to run 3 miles a day as much as I can and try to do some weight lifting/toning exercises as much as I can.
Do you think that is bad for NBE?

I do 20 jumps a few times a day while holding my boobs so they don't boundce. so far it's been ok. alright enuf question now girl just get started and do your thing?

Exercising is encouraged, in moderation, actually. It's supposed to help both with circulation and HGH. I would suggest staying away from strenuous aerobics though.

I think exercising is great for you! I love working out and I'm an exercise nut.
Just make sure that your caloric consumption outweighs how much you burn each day, or else all the nutrition that's supposed to turn to building blocks for your boobs will get burnt. Don't over-exercise. Shyboobs is absolutely right about doing it in moderation.

Pilates is alright because it works on toning. For weight lifting/toning exercise, focus on your abs & ass (and maybe thighs too). The more muscle you have in an area the faster that area burns calories. But I'd say count pilates as part of your weight lifting/toning regime and don't do more than 3-4 times a week. Your body needs breaks for your cells to rejuvenate & re-build! Running is great but you don't have to do it everyday.

I used to exercise like 5 to 6 times a week and sometimes up to almost 3 hours a day. But I'm keeping my exercising minimal now. I do like a 10-15min turbo cardio about 3-4 times a week and do quick abs & ass workout 4-5 times a week for sculpting, like 100 sit-ups or dif types of ab workout (planks, verticle leg crunch, etc). I also do push-ups for NBE.

Aerie, if you are confused about why protein may benefit your body in more ways than one I highly recommend The Abs Diet book, I read the male version and it gives a very clear explanation of how protein benefits your body whether you work out or not. You don't have to be a body builder to eat meat or have protein in your diet. Also for your bodybuilder friends and most bodybuilders in general, their calorie intake in way different than a normal persons calorie intake. Even though you incorporate more protein in your diet does not mean you should continue eating when you're already full. This will cause you to gain weight. But protein does not cause anyone to be fat unless they are eating more calories than they are burning. Without exercise you can probably consume up to 1800 calories/day and maintain your weight. There are other proven health benefits to having a high protein diet aside from just building lean muscle. Just do some research if you are concerned about gaining weight. I don't know where you got information on protein causing weight gain but you have misunderstood. I've used whey protein to supplement my diet for about 3 years now and I'm still 105 lbs. Smile

haha!I eat a lot of protein and take protein scoops and look like a dancer. In fact I try to gain muscle because I am too skinny but I can't.

You will make manly muscles only if you lift weights +protein to feed your muscles.
If you take protein alone you will lean out-drain out.

(Login prettypurplekao) Re: Soy--and my own three and half cents Smile August 10 2009, 5:25 AM

It's really very simple, you can only gain large amounts of muscle or large amounts of fat from eating more calories than you burn or eating more calories than the recommended values for your height and weight and weight lifting A LOT. I don't mean 3 times a week, I mean A LOT. Body builders work VERY hard to "bulk up." Protein is part of a HEALTHY diet. And might I add it's a lot harder for your body to convert protein to fat than it is for it to convert carbohydrates into fat or fat into well fat. Think about this.

And explaining this is a bit hard without writing a book, so I'm going to try and make this simple and as accurate as I possibly can. Protein is very easy for your body to use for energy and muscle repair, next your body will use carbohydrates for energy however any unused carbohydrates your body converts to fat for energy later. Fat of course can easily be converted into fat if it is not used for energy. In all scenarios, the only time calories (fat, carbs, protein) are converted into fat are when your body consumes more calories than it burns (that includes daily functions and/or exercise). Also let it be known that starving yourself will also cause your body to store fat. Your body actually kind of freaks out and will store carbohydrates and fat as... well fat for later use because it is not getting the energy, food and nutrition when it needs it.

As far as body builders and protein, all you have to do is pick up the many diet books and exercise books written by any body builder or wrestler. Triple H has one. Just take a look at his diet. These men and women are not consuming a normal amount of protein, they're not consuming a normal amount of calories period! They are working out everyday, they are working out for long periods of time, they are building muscle by working out with maximum weight with a smaller amount of reps instead of doing more reps with a smaller weight (this is a trick used to build strength and muscle). They are eating as much calories in one meal as I would consume on a daily basis. For body builders, I'm sure 5,000 6,000 calories/day is a joke to them. Recommended daily calorie intake for an average person is *2,000*.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to bulk up without increasing your calorie intake. IMPOSSIBLE. Eat a balanced diet with a normal calorie intake for your weight size and you won't "bulk" up on muslce or fat. The only thing protein will do if you keep your calorie intake the same as it is now and substitute protein for some carbs or fat is make you LEANER. There is no reason to be afraid of proteins of any kinds. And protein will not make you look manly. We are taking about a reasonable amount of protein here. Half your body weight is a reasonable amount or some type of protein included in every meal per day.

Please do some research before you assume eating a HEALTHY amount of protein is going to make you look like a man or gain an unbelievable amount of muscle. You are not Popeye and protein is not spinach.

Of course, on the flip side eating an unreasonable amount of anything whether it's good foods or bad foods will cause you to gain weight or if you work out obsessively, some muscle. Eat slowly, chew your food well, and don't keep eating when you're full. Your body is pretty good at indicating when it's had enough. Hope this helps. And again for anyone who wants the scientific research or to really know why protein is so much better than any other type of calories, try reading the abs diet. I didn't do the recommended diet or exercises but the explanation and breakdown of calories in the first few chapters will really help anyone who is interested in understanding how the body breaks down and uses food sources.
