Adding HGH and Growth Factor to your NBE Program

#1

Numerous NBE websites have stated the following:

"Scientific research has concluded that storage of fat in the breast's connective tissue (otherwise known as breast growth) occurs most efficiently with the balanced presence of Estrogen, Progesterone, Prolactin, Human Growth Hormone and GF Compounds. GF Compounds are hormone like substances that are produced within the breast tissue itself. Along with other deficiencies, a lack of these compounds can lead to under development of a woman's breasts during puberty. After puberty when the body ceases to produce a significant amount of GF Compounds, breast growth ends."

List goes on

Which supplement(s) do you ladies add to your NBE programs to increase Human Growth Hormone (HGH) and Growth Factor (GF)?

Human Growth Hormone Sources:
Mucuna Pruriens, GABA and the amino acid blend of L-Arginine, L-Lysine, L-Ornithine and 1000 mg of L-Glutamine 2 times per day (2000 mg per day) are said to increase HGH

GF Compounds Sources:
So far only this supplement with Deer Velvet Extract seems to be used for Growth Factor: http://www.iherb.com/Pure-Solutions-Pure...24692?at=0

One source online says the following:
"It is true if you take a gram of L-glutamine in the AM and another gram in the PM you will temporarily spike and even sustain your growth hormone levels rather dramatically. This was proven with human adults at Louisiana State University (Am. J. Clin. Nutr. v. 61 in 1995).

Hi GorgeousBlonde,

I admire the thoroughness of your research. Wahaika flags the GHG issue for all over 30-35 during the winter months. He suggests GABA, and also serotonin to up HGH:

Serotonin is made from sugar, so NBEers could be at risk, because of low carb diets. A 5-HTP supplement combined with vitamin B6 is a more direct source of serotonin.

Thanks for the links, I find it hard to get good info on GF.
