Anyone tried MSM in their program?

I just started taking MSM for my joints, and I was reading up on it and it actually sounds like a great NBE supplement.

It is said to help with the formation of collagen and also provides the body with raw materials to create new cells.

Also it helps heal scars, increases circulation, helps clear up acne, helps stretch marks, may help protect against the onset of breast cancer, etc etc!

It sounds really good to me so I am glad I'm taking it.
:-)

Ok, well I guess nobody has tried it! I am on a minimal NBE routine now so if I get any results, you ladies will be the first to hear about it. I'm down to just hypnosis, massage, healthy food/vitamins and MSM (which wasn't even meant to be for NBE but I think it will help).

I heard about this on another forum, but I think they were using it for general weight gain bc it caused increase of appetite, but I dont really know anything about it besides that which I saw in passing.
But keep us posted Smile

What exactly is msm? Do you think it would be better than regular collagen pills? I'm just trying to get my collagen from eating jello right now. I'm not really sure how much good it's doing me.

I've been thinking of making little boob plushies with cute little faces. If any of you girls are interested, please let me know through kappakreations@gmail.com. If there's enough interest, I'll try to draft a pattern and start making them. ^_^

MSM is a form of sulfur that is found in a lot of plants and protein sources. It's a well-known supplement for people with joint problems, and you'll see it sold alongside chondroitin and glucosamine (very popular joint supplements).

I'm not sure which is better to take- actual gelatin/collagen or something like MSM. MSM helps your body make collagen. We know we need collagen to make boobies, but I don't really know if it's better for the body to make it's own, like what I am trying to do by taking MSM.

Hmm!
I guess I'll just see if anything happens!

Greetings-

This is my first post...

I've been using MSM (about 1500mg) daily, it does assist in building the tissue up

Make sure you drink lots of H20 to cleanse out any toxins

Do your research, be certain the MSM is pure powder and not loaded w/fillers...check the labels WELL before making a purchase.
