Collagen and gelatin but it's unsure how effective they are compared to CFS.

You can use what Moon suggested, but I think that MSM would be better, based on results from both melly007 and double_ace.

Oh right, I didn't think of it as a substitute for CFS, but MSM seems to be a hit right now.
