I've been looking into BO, not sure if I want to try it yet, but one thing I've noticed is a lack of information concerning birth control. I'm on the NuvaRing, so if I do decide to take BO, is it safe to use with BC? Are there any side effects I should be aware of? Because that's an extra dose of hormones...

Many people have used BO and BC simultaneously. Girlfriday for example and she hasn't really had any negative side effects.
