Where is a good place to buy PM online? If I was to buy the St. Herb brand pm where could I buy that on ebay(its cheaper)? Where do you girls buy your PM?

There are a few places that are recommended on this forum to buy PM online.

1) Is what you already linked here.
2) Stherb. (I think that you should order it from Ebay if it's cheaper)

I don't know if I forgot something or not... But these brands are more often talked here on this forum.

No one can tell you which brand is the BEST brand to buy....you must try them for yourself.
