Have you had success with Goat's Rue?

For the people that have been using this herb with results, can you please tell me what is the daily amount and the brand or form used?
I usually prefer power or liquid.
I bought the Goat's Rue liquid from Motherlove (has a little bit of alcohol in it), and took the recommended amount there (1/4tsp 4/day), but I am not seeing any results or feeling any difference whatsoever, how long does it usually take or am I taking too little?
Does it work the same if applied on the skin?

Any feedback would be really appreciated

I used GR before and I noticed how much it contributed to my growth, compared to not using it. I'll prolly keep it in my maintenance routine as well once I reach my goal, now that I'm back on my successful program.
