I have been taking Ainterol 1000 mg a day. Before I got on this my
periods were very irregular. Now I have been bleeding pretty heavy since
the 4th day of taking them. Im on week 3 day 4. But if I
Dont take the PM I wont bleed. What do you think is causing this? And
What should I do?

you can experiment with taking half the dose all month
Or
Cycle with full 1000mg for half the month nothing the second
Or full 1000mg for half month then 500mg second half
Also you'd have to give each method at least couple months to see
because pm is an adaptogen because it eventually balances to what your body needs. If i was you id try cycling with nothing in the second half because thats the normally used method if your having problems with your period.

Not after your period, but the day before you ovulate should be the last day you take it. Most women ovulate 14 days after day 1 of cycle. Some ovulate earlier, and some later. You should read Ginie's program page, she talks about tracking temperature and ovulation if I remember correctly. It says generic BO, but she switches to PM in this program.
