Just posting so I can stay on track.

34B - (could've been a C, but not full - that's what I dislike most)
trying to get a FULL D!
Genetically speaking, I have the flattest chest in my family. My mom/grandmother both have/had DD to E breasts. I think I didn't develop as much due to lack of proper nutrition (I was raised on the typical American pb&j every day diet, with lots of sugar and carbohydrates, but not much else). So I'm hoping due to my genetics, I can raise those boobs!
Morning:
PM 500mg 1 hr before eating w/soy milk or oj with calcium
1hour later: barlean's essential
chi massage and PM cream
Lunch:
1 MSM - 1000mg
Night:
PM 500mg 1 hour before bed with soy or oj
Chi massage and PM cream
10g L-arginine
And that's it! So here's hoping! I'm still waiting on my PM - busting (no pun intended!)! Should be here Thursday...
