has anyone found a way to keep results? i am planning on taking PM for 6months- 1year then (if i get results) take a maintenance dose.
but i hate the idea of relying on pills forever.
is there anyway to gain permanent results? xxx

i havent tried that yet, but on the website it says to continue with the cream after six months to maintain results, and i believe it said somewhere to slowly get rid of it from your system..

but yeah mostly the cream
