Hey everyone
So...I was wondering what are the best and worst PM supplements available on the market...what to look for when purchasing a product and what to watch out for

I have had positive Results with breast actives as,well as Triactol, both are a bit pricey and the breast actives is a pill you take plus a cream you massage on to your breasts, the triactol is a product you spray on to your breasts.
Personally the breast actives is good but it also comes with an exercise guide, i exercise, which I think is essential anyway so for me Triactol works best. If you are not in to exercising much the breast actives may be a simpler solution taking the pills and using the massage cream and following their basic breast exercise routine.

Yes ..a troll that doesnt know how to read..Breast Actives I believe is herbs like FG and such..I think and am sure the question of this thread says PM.
As for PM..I am taking Ainterol.. So far not sure about it..I maybe my dose..I may need more then the average female..not sure..still experimenting with it and only been on it for 2 months and a week.. I was feeling alot on 3 pills during my high point of estrogen peak..I took 3 pills at that time for 3 days then went down to 2, then by the end of the cycle close to the period starting I will be at 1 pill but still experimenting if I need to stay on 2 all month and go up to 3 for a few days..this month I am trying a dif. combo..so I will see how it goes..
