Help!

Well, I'm planning to add PM to my routine sometime around December, but I wanted to plan ahead since I'm currently on the BC oral pill method and I heard that PM interferes with the oral contraceptive.

If this were the case, I might change my BC to injections.

Is anyone here taking BC pills and PM at the same time?

I'm on Nuvaring, and it's worked like a dream together. No worries at all. I even posted about it here under this heading (maybe lower on the page or page 2).

I am on my fifth cycle of PM and oral bc (yasmin). I have had no problems so far. I take my PM in the morning and then again before going to bed and the bc pill in the afternoon. I think someone said to take these at least one hour apart. I hope this helps.
