My results have diminished

#1

I started noogling earlier last month before my period and before I started taking Siriporn PM. My swelling was great! I was using hyaluronic acid pills and filling my large domes within an hour!
Then, I started my period and started taking Siriporn as well. My swelling was not good. I pump for an hour or less and my breasts would feel flabby and look purplish red.
Now my period has been done for 3 days and the results are a little better but not like they were before. I'm still on PM too and doing hyaluronic.

What's going on? Why was my pumping so extraordinary before and not now? Any thoughts?

Has your water intake or diet changed? I don't usually have a lot of swelling but I can tell a difference if I drink less water (or more coffee Blush )

I don't think my water intake has changed. I try to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
Is it possible that the PM is doing it?

Hi Glittergirl,

It is. PM decreases prolactin. Prolactin is the hormone that causes swelling.

Isabelle, thank you so much for that info. Should I stop the PM or add in prolactin? I cut down my Siriporn dosage from 2 to 1 a day. Is that best as well. Can I just add in the prolactin? I am afraid that just doing suction alone is not growth so I'd like to keep taking PM while noodling.
Than yoh!

Yes Glittergirl,

You can add any of the breastfeeding herbs that increase prolactin. The most used are fenugreek (but that increases progesterone too, so cycling is best) and goat's rue.

I remember doing the flat2fab program w/ fenugreek extract ribbed on my breasts and my appetite went up. The author told me to be careful w/ it since it raises. blood sugar? Do you know this to be true? I don't want my appetite to go up. So could I just do goat's rue.
And how do I cycle those herbs while I'm cycling the PM? I'm on my 10th day of taking PM, so do I start right away taking the herbs simultaneously with the PM and then stop the herbs when I stop PM part of my cycle? Or do I take it only when off PM?
Thanks.

Hi Glittergirl,

Fenugreek can increase appetite because it decreases blood sugar.

Use fenugreek in the luteal phase of your cycle (2nd half, counting from the start of the period). For goat's rue, it doesn't matter.

Thanks so much for that great info! I would have never figured it out on my own. I want to avoid increasing my appetite so I'll go w/ goat's rue all the days of the month while cycling with PM.
