Hi everyone!

I've decided to go ahead and give this a try and I'd really appreciate some help

I guess I should give you some information about myself...

I'm 21 years old
Never been pregnant
5'7 125lbs (I think lol)
34B
I'm taking Loestrin24Fe birth control pills (I don't know if that's important lol)

I would LOVE to gain at least a cup size!! But honestly, two cup sizes would be better! Lol

I've been massaging for almost a month, twice a day, and I have been taking Fenugreek capsules, two capsules three times a day. The total amount is 3660 mg a day! Is this too much? How much should I be taking?

I haven't noticed any changes yet, just some swelling, which I guess is because of the Fenugreek?

I would like to add more herbs. I was thinking about adding Hops and Fennel. But how much should I take of both of these herbs? Would this work? Or should I add different herbs?

Also, where can I buy Hops capsules? I have no idea where to go! Lol

I know everyone is different, but how long til I see some results?

A 30 or 35 microgram estrogen bcp might help you grow, 24 is very light.

Fenugreek is twice the amount you need. Read Eve M's program.

Google " herbal". It will show you a map of all the stores that sell dried herbs.
