I've been experiencing some very serious growth! So much to a point that my breasts were SO SORE the week after my period, when estrogen was at it's highest. The growth I experienced this month has been tremendous! I actually had to adjust my B bra to compensate for the growth, and I could barely fill a B cup before. I can't wait to see what next month brings

Morning:
-1 DNA Lamb Placenta (contains Swiss Lamb Placenta 500mg, Marine Protein 50mg, and Collagen 50mg)
- 200 mg Apple-Cider Vinegar Tablet
- 5,000 mcg Biotin
- 1,220 mg Fenugreek
- 1,000 mg Vitamin C
- 810 mg Wild Yam
- 1,500 mg MSM
- Massage with Elastin/Collagen cream during shower
Night:

- 5g L-Arginine every now and then at night. Not really a constant thing.
- Progesterone cream whenever I feel irritable during Luteal phase
I am considering reintroducing 500 mg PM back into the regime, but we'll see
