Within the last few weeks I have been through thousands of posts on the forums and I have absorbed a lot of information from it all. But I'm still unsure on what will work right for me 
My stats are
female; 18
height: 5'4"
weight: 120 lbs
under bust: 30"
mid bust: 33"
upper bust 32.5"
waist: 27"
hips: 35"
current size: 34a-32b
goal size: 32c-34c
I just order a month supply of ultra breast and I plan to purchase the noogleberry sometime next week but I want to make sure I have everything I need to go with it.
I was told a B-100 complex vitamin will help me along. I also read that you need high protein and kelp in your diet? Also I read about needing pituitary glandular pills. It's hard for me to get a lot of protein in my diet being that I don't have a lot of time for sit down meals because I am a student. But I plan to buy special K protein shakes. If somebody could help me come up with a list of things I'll need to aid in the noogleberry and Ultra breast supplements I would really appreciate it!
I know I'm only 18 but even my mom has small breasts and I can't see myself growing anymore on my own. After reading through all these posts and seeing how much some of you have benefited from NBE I can only hope I can see the same results.
Once I get my program all set up I will be sure to make a thread on my program and a bi-weekly update with pictures to help encourage others who are thinking about NBE. I know how it feels to be not-so-endowed and if I can help myself grow out of it, I'd love to help others just the same.
