Helpful Tool for Keeping Up Protein Intake

This little generator takes in whether you want to maintain, gain, or lose weight, and what percentage of fat/protein/carbs you want, and then spits out a healthy diet. It's not recipes, it's more like.. eat 1 C cottage cheese, 1 C wild rice, etc, but I still find it helpful. I don't gravitate towards protein naturally in my diet so I thought I'd share it for anyone else struggling with this part of BO. Smile
