I've been browsing this site for a few weeks while thinking about taking another shot at NBE. In the past, I had a wee bit of success using fenugreek to go from 32A to 32B. That took me about 1.5-2 months several years ago.

I looked into the Brava system but found it too pricey and didn't really think I could commit to wearing it all those hours a day.

I'm currently a 34A. I want to be a 34C. My intent is a 6 month commitment this time. I just placed an order for Siriporn PM and am trying to decide on a PM topical to use.

as you have tried this before and responded really well by the sounds of it im sure you will see good progress.

Have you looked at the Noogleberry over the Brava, its another system that is not that expensive and you don’t need to use it for as may hours.

I read about it in a few threads but haven't made up my mind to get one. Maybe in a month or two. Thanks for the welcome.
