I am anemic and I bleed too much every month. This means that I cannot take PM during my period as it increases bleeding. For that reason, I want to take it when my period ends. Does anyone know the proper way to cycle? Some of you take PM for 14 days only until you reach the luteal phase, while others take it until the next period starts. If I take PM after my period ends, then I will have only 7 days until I reach the luteal phase.

Needless to say, I am very confused! I don't want to do anything to mess up my cycles or hormone levels as some of you describe weird side effects. Any help from someone who knows how to cycle PM after the period would be greatly appreciated.
