Do you have to massage with oil/cream?

#1

I've been reading a lot of threads on here and it seems like most people massage with oil or some kind of cream...is that really necessary? I don't use anything when I massage and I'm never uncomfortable. Or was the addition of those things to promote growth?

I never get swelling afterwards and I don't know if I've grown from just massage alone (I also use a noogleberry). I've tried chi massages (which don't really seem to have helped..did them for about two and half months) and rubs (only a few days now...seems better than the other one).

Has anyone here grown from massage without using oils/creams? And...does anyone know of videos that properly demonstrate these techniques (that have proven results)? I have seen a lot of random videos but don't know how well they work. And I wonder if I'm doing the above incorrectly since other people have seen great results with them.

Thanks!

hi bustybabe,
well, most of the people use breast creams because they are enriched with the extracts of herbs, and when u slowly massage it on ur breasts, the breasts absorb it directly whereas if u take herbs orally they go through a long process of being ingested and broken down in the elementary canal. so massaging is a direct method. but as far as i am concerned i never used a cream but oil. and that too not for enhancement but for lubrication. beacuse if there is no lubrication while massaging ur hand does not move very smoothly and secondly u cam even bruise ur skin or over stretch it, if u keep doing so ovr a period of time. so don't take oil or cream to be an enhancer. i may not always enhance but it acts as a lubricant and lubrication is very
important while performing a massage so that u dont end up hurting ur skin or breasts and if the oil or cream enhances too then that is a bonus

I've no idea what oils or creams work or do not work. There are so many commercial products and recipes for making them at home. After reading one post here, I tried olive oil but felt that I was just some lettuce and vinegar short of being a salad. Seriously, it did provide lubrication, but was absorbed into my skin fairly quickly.

I did notice friction massaging dry then had a thought (it happens from time to time despite my best efforts to avoid thinking). So now I simply soap up the entire chest in the shower and massage away with ease, adding more soap as needed.

It this doing any good? Who knows, as little I do seems to be threatening to have me replace Dolly Parton any time soon. (For those of you not in the USA, she's a very, very busty country singer.)

I used to use stuff, but now I just dry massage. It's easier, plus I'm poor.

My friend uses evening primrose oil, and she likes it, but it's also breaking her chest out a bit. :/ I might try flaxseed oil once my growth stops (although I hope it never does!), but for now, I really don't feel the need to waste my money/time/energy.

It's all up to personal preference, really, though.

I do dry massage, and it works. Maybe it would work better if I used some cream or oil, but it works without it too.
