Has anyone taken prenatal vitamins? Do they help at all with breast growth? any other benefits anyone has experienced? Huh

Prenatal vitamins won't do anything for breast growth on their own. They're just regular vitamins with a formulation that is safer for pregnant women. You can add them to a regimen.
