When it comes to NBE? Or should I stay away? I eat chicken, but no others.

An adequate protein intake is important. You may get that from meat, milk, protein powders, soy products, or combining many high protein foods. Chicken is a good source of protein since it's not high in fat.

Arachidonic Acid, found in meat and egg yolks, is very important for BE. I once asked all the major growers on the BEBOARD (those that made it to at least D cup) and they were all meat eaters.
I also found that, with one exception (lady on the BEBOARD), that those who avoided meat, especially vegans, did not grow. It was a heated debate on this board about a year ago but that's the way it is. I don't remember who was the vegetarian that grew but I'll see if I can find her posts.

I agree with Wa, eating meat, eggs, fish and drinking milk is very important for BE.

I understand what you are saying Wahaika, but of course there are exceptions... I know a number of veggies (even ones who won't eat eggs) and nonveggies who have larger breasts and do not have breasts. It's an interesting possibility though...

Thanks all. I'll read on it a bit more before I make any decisions.

My sister is a vegetarian and she's got big boobs. She's been vegetarian since she was 11 I think and now she's 19.

I've been wondering the same thing, but I'm not a real big meat eater. I just don't like it very much, but I can get myself to eat more eggs. I drink plenty of milk as it is. What I wonder is, would protein bars or shakes make up for the protein I don't get out of meat?
