So ive started nuva ring 5 days after my period ended.

I have also started 500 mg of pm for the next 3 weeks
.
I was not on any birthcontrol before this



My last period was one that i brought on through parsely, my cycle is irregular.




Please advise on whether this program is ok for me. I do not want to end up pregnant.

Several people have used PM with BC and they didn't end up pregnant, but it's still better to be safe than sorry. No matter what someone is taking, if they're combining hormonal supps with BC, the advice is always the same. Use a backup method.
