Hi Everyone!
Some background on myself and goals:
I'm starting at roughly 33(32C)-26-36 (I've lost my measuring tape).
I was at 33-23.5-35 about a year and a half ago as a result of eating healthy, exercise, breast enlargement hypnosis (blake talks), the breast enlargement ringtone (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=es1PzhQy1-c) and a twice daily chi massage.
My breasts started at about 31.5 inches (32B- with a 28 inch underbust) and went up to about 33 inches (with a 26 inch underbust), and I also lost five pounds during that time. [b]I was also down to 17% body fat and was wondering if that made it harder to enlarge my breasts? It took me about 5 months (?)to get those results. Unfortunately I didn't keep better records.
I'm hoping to reach 32D or 32DD (decide when I reach 32D), 23 inch waist and 37 inch hips. Though I'm not too set on exact measurements. I'd also like to take my thighs from 21 inches to 19 inches (if that's possible without losing a ton of weight). I'm not too too concerned about exact goals, these are my ideals but if I see some change and don't quite hit my goals that's okay.
I'm recently switched to a vegan diet and really trying to focus on whole foods after eating poorly for the last year and a half. I've felt so much better since doing that and haven't become sick (despite being around a lot of sick people).
Work-out plan:
Running/cardio twice a week- starting with running 5km in 28min, hoping to get it down to 23 min.
Cycling class once a week.
Yoga twice a week
Strength once a week: arms, back, butt, abs
Strength one other time a week, just focusing on butt and oblique.
Breast hypnosis daily- probably switch between self-hypnosis, blake talks and Giovani Lordi (all were free).
Chi massage twice a day (going to try to get some flax oil? and learn some other massage techniques)
Ringtone once a day
Herbs: A naturopath suggested I take pumpkin seeds/flax seeds one tablespoon a day for the first 14 days of my cycle and sunflower seeds for the last 14 days to help regulate my crazy period. That was about a year ago, my period is now almost perfectly regular. Should I continue to do this?
I'll probably change this up as I learn more. I would really like the results to last for life without maintenance. I want to focus on cheap methods (so far I haven't spent any money), and possibly more time efficient ones.

Does low body fat make it harder to enlarge one's breasts? (Is 17% too low?) Does a lot of butt-strength exercise cause thighs to enlarge a lot as well? Is there a way to slim down thighs through exercise or massage? Any specific massage techniques you recommend? Any chest or butt exercises? Any other simple cheap things to add to my routine? Any thing that would quicken progress? If I were to start herbs, what would you recommend I use? Do the results from herbs last after you stop taking them? Tips for self-hypnosis?
Have any suggestions for me?
