Is there a consensus on this? At what size do breasts start giving you back pain?
I'm just curious.

I thought about this its not the size of breasts its the strength of the individual good posture and health and good bra can enable women to carry a lot more up top I know women with very big natural and fake my cousin is 34h silicon and I have a friend who is natural 32jj neither of them complain of back pain both slim healthy women although I then a few plus size ladies complain at only a d cup so maybe because breasts saggier if more fat than other breast tissue so breast won't support itself and cause slouch and so strain on the back and their body is weighing more all over or less muscle fat ratio or maybe because I don't know I personally think women can be very fit and strong so could carry a big chest easily if they work out.
My goal would be for very large breasts a jj would be my dream pair

This is funny because I swear its just what some big breasted gals just like to say to us wishing we were in their shoes. "Naw, you would never want these breasts, they make your back ache!" "You are so lucky to be small, its a pain to have these gigantorous things!"
Granted, some do suffer. I feel like I have weight now and that for me is a C cup. I think they get denser and hold more prolactin. I could easily imagine being an E cup and having no issues carrying such a size.

If it's a concern, get an exercise ball and use it a few times out of the week while you watch tv. It'll really help strengthen up your back muscles, which will help prevent back pain of any type. I've got scoliosis, so without my corset, I get back pain just from wearing a bra! So I can't give you my personal experience. I really do think it depends on how low your breasts hang, how strong your back is, and how supportive your bra is. Since most women wear a band that's WAAAAYYYYY too big for their bodies, they're probably experiencing back pain that they shouldn't be. The bra should be VERY tight when you first buy it, almost painfully tight, and should then loosen over the first few days of wear so that it's still tight, just not painful. If you find yourself adjusting your bra all day long, it's not a good fit, and is probably going to cause you pain over time.

I get back aches every now and then right under my shoulder blades. I have good posture (most of the time) I think it's just my body adjusting, when I stick my chest out and straighten up my back I don't feel the aches. I think when you hit D and up is when you start to feel aches, the level of intensity would depend on the person though, but it also depends on your posture, and how you carry yourself. Putting on a good supporting sports bra helps me.

The problem with buying underband sizes of 32 and under they make the staps and band thinner obviously designing for the very petite women who most regularly buy 32-28 bands so anyone with an ounce of fat covering ribs they sink dig into skin and leave marks so I much prefer buy big band size because its a comfy thick strap and band and take it in to fit I think women who can't do this would be impossible to buy the correct tight fit unless they are very petite because otherwise it hurts and leaves marks I swear bras are not designed by the correct tighter fitting rule

^Emily the adjusting back pain I don't think will be a problem I get it a little when I wake up because I sleep different during growth spurts like naturally I sleep on my stomach but while I'm having a lot of growing pains this is not comfy so il fidget and wake up in weird positions with back ache from sleeping funny I know because hurts most in the morning and goes away in the day if it was from carrying my breasts it would hurt most at the end of the day, but I do seem to have shortish but wide bone structure so seems quite sturdy I think this makes my breasts look smaller than there size I have a cinched shape waist looks smaller than it is aswell uptown my hip s and shoulders so this is a reason my goal is high I want them to look huge on me but suit my wide bone structure

It really depends on the individual woman's build. I'm 5'10" with broad shoulders, and I've never had back pain from my breasts. I've been a D cup or above for all of my adult life. Currently, I wear a 40G bra. Then again, I've always had good posture (stomach in, chest out, shoulders back) and bras that fit properly.
