I'm not exactly new to the concept of NBE, but I am a new member here, so 'ello to everyone~

First off, I am a full A cup, but I've always wanted at least a B~C cup. I have a slim/average body type and my hips are rather narrow, but having a larger bust would make my body look much more proportional - not to mention make me feel more confident. xD
I started my NBE journey about 2 years ago when I purchased the Noogleberry pumping/suction system, some packets of Zoft gum, and various oils/extracts (Fenugreek, Fennel, Vit. E) for my daily massage regime.
While I did achieve some success and I experienced some fullness, after about 6 months, I kinda fell off from it all. Too time-consuming, a little costly getting massaging ingredients, difficult to hide my regime from my family since I'm living at home, etc.
Recently I've had the urge to continue my NBE journey. I still have my Noogleberry pump and some Vit. E cream, but I obviously need more breast enhancing products to be successful. I'm still iffy about the idea of taking capsules/pills (due to potential glandular issues & risks, plus I don't take pills in general), but I am open to drinking liquid supplements. I figure that I need some internal and external to increase my chances of enlargement.

My potential regime would be:
Liquid supplement - 2x daily; morning & night
Noogleberry pump - 1x daily; >1hr at night
Massage - 2x daily; morning & night (after pump)
Please advise me on which cream would be the best to use! I'm open to suggestions! :3
After reading some posts on here, I'm debating on taking herbal supplements. My only issue is with swallowing pills, as silly as it sounds. If I could crush any pills, that would be great. Liquids would be even better.
