The site you're linking to is just another affiliate site, that's all. The products they are selling there are not new and have all been around for a long time. The active ingedient is apparently a steroid.

Hey girl,
I read up somewhere that it is supposed to firm and increase size by 8%.
They say it is not actually for enlargement though but more so for firming and making the breast more perky.
Some girls here have posted threads about it if you search.

I tried it for two months, and didn't see a change at all. My friend likes it, though, and says she saw slight results (nothing else has worked for her really yet). She's going to try applying it after Red Light Therapy sessions and see if there are any changes. Although I hear the results aren't permanent and need maintenance.
