Hi!
So I discovered I'm progesterone deficient so I've started with Agnus Castus as I heard it can increase breast size by restimulating the estrogen receptors.
Has anyone had any success with it?
If so, are there any herbs that would help me along other than PC?xx

What is your estradiol (estrogen) level? Even if it is OK, with low progesterone, it's classed as estrogen dominance. If that's the case, you won't want to take estrogenic herbs. There are progesterone herbs. To read about them, put progesterone herbs into Search.

Vitex is a tricky one. It can also up your prolactin! Be careful. progesterone and prolactin compete. You will have to do research and experiment with it to find out which dose is your sweet spot for progesterone boosting. No one here can tell you a magic dose that will work for you because it is adaptogenic moreso.
