I've been asking that same question pretty much every time I posted on this forum and never got a conclusive answer, I guess in the end there's always a tiny higher percentage that you'll get pregnant but nothing to really worry about. I've been on a herbal program a couple of months last summer and recently started PM and haven't gotten pregnant yet

Yeah I take it every day and don't plan on cycling (mainly because I take an 28-day BC (cerazette) and get irregular periods and just have no clue which phase is which anymore), and I recently ramped it up to 2 capsules a day...
