Hi everyone,
I was v happy that I'm going to start my prog soon. When I ordered my BO I checked my temp for several consecutive days n it was always above 98.2. It was also before my periods but now after my periods ( it's the 6 day of my cycle) I'm checking my temp n it's constantly below 98.2. I'm worried now as I didn't order iodine to them. Does brlefore or after periods have to do something with the temp? If yes do I need to take iodine in those certain days
Can anyone suggest me what I can take for raising temp iodine or kelp or something else n does the brand matter? If yes than which brand my Bo will arrive on Monday hopefully n I want to order this ASAP so I can start my program
