I'm 19 and I'm wondering what would be the risks of me starting on phyto-estrogens, progesterone cream etc

Its recommend that you wait to start any hormonal changing pills/herbs/creams until after you stop developing. So its technically best to wait until you are 20 or 21. If you want to play it safe, stick with daily massages, noogleberry, boob foods, hypnosis, etc.
However, I personally started at 18 and am almost 20. I take puraria mirfica and progesterone birth control and have have had no adverse side effects. I have had slight growth.
So its a gamble. You can wait a couple years or start early. Whatever you choose, do lots of research and proceed with caution.

the risk with using it younger than 18 is that its not as effective as natural puberty at growing breasts so if you were growing now and took it you could end up growing less than you would have naturally but it would be very rare for your body to grow breasts by itself after 18 unless you gain weight or pregnant so herbs even pm normally say not suitable for under 18 so its suitable for people over 18 unless they already have some sort of problem.
but im sorry you wont get the same boobs as your dp because they aren't real either implants or photoshop you could get that size though natural allways looks better to me anyway
