Help choosing massage oil - what works?

Hi everyone,

I've been haunting this site for a while and after spending hours searching through old posts on msm, massage, heating pads, etc I do have a question that didn't seem easily answered by searching.

What massage oils seem to get the most results (increased itchiness, aches, etc)? I'm not sure if I should go the black currant oil (high GLA content) route as I already take those internally or whether I should go for a store-bought cream or make some sort of herbal mixture.

If people could post what seems to work for them that would be awesome! I've been massaging for a while without oil but it seems like it could help and hey, I need all of the help I can get! Thanks..

In the morning after I shower, I massage with JASON vitamin E oil
In the evening I apply heat, then massage an herbal extract + cocoa butter lotion, then apply more heat.

other oils i've read about are kukui nut oil, olive oil, and borage oil.

There's also Evening primrose oil and Flax seed oil, I think these 2 along with olive oil are the easiest to find.

Calendula Oi is good oil for very dry skin.
Use can Jojoba Oil also.It is quickly absorbed, and good for dry skin.
Jojoba oil has properties that are very close to the body's natural moisturizing system,
so it can help skin heal naturally.
