A friend of mine told me a while go that she increased her breast size by taking soy isoflavones. I didn't take much notice at the time but from reading this forum it sounds plausible. Are soy isoflavones different from just soyand is it a most desirable supplement for breast ehancement?

Soy contains isoflavones so I guess the soy isoflavones is just a more concentrated form than soy itself. Either way you will get isoflavones. I notice soy gets many mentions in this forum, but also some women take red clover for isoflavones and that's popular too, so it appears that isoflavones are commonly used for breast growth.

The isoflavones from soy are really some of the weakest phytoestrogens. They might help, but I wouldn't be too disappointed if I were you if they proved a waste of time and money.
They were a waste for me.
