Which birth control works best for nbe? I'm will be taking PM once my period starts again. But I'm considering taking UB after I finish PM. Which BC would work best with PM and UB?

In general the one with the most hormonal effect works best but is also the most dangerous so it's not a good idea. But with PM the people with the best results were on progesterone or progestin only BC. The flavones in UB OTOH might work against PM a little.
