The herbs and extra stuff.

#1

Ive got Saw palmetto, Red clover, Fenugreek, Progessterone cream, fenugreek extract and another cream (cant remember the name of it).

Will these things help with breast growth.
Obviously with the twice a day massages with the creams and extracts and taking the herbal pills.

How many of each herb should i take a day?
And when should i start taking them? - As this programme im going to be following says i should start doing it the day of my next period. Is this correct and will it determine better results?

Ya, check out other people's programs for ideas, their amounts and what it did for them.

For amounts:
  • 320 mg SP extract, or up to 3,000 mg if it's not an extract.
  • 1 RC, however much is in it. It doesn't take much to saturate.
  • 2-25 grams fenugreek. It's an adaptogen so the greater the amount the greater the effect. You can actually sprout the seeds and eat it by the tablespoon. But more than 6 grams dry unsprouted may upset your stomach. The amount of the extract depends on concentration, and it doesn't upset the stomach.
  • PC as directed on label, though probably the minimal amount. The more you use the stronger it is, but unlike FG you can go overboard and overwhelm the RC because RC is weak.
You can take them daily. What you picked up isn't strong enough to require cycling. If you got pueraria mirifica instead of RC then you would need to cycle. Then if you increased the PC to match the stronger PM you might want to cycle the PC too, at different times from the PM. You would also want to be careful with such strong substances and start with a little until you're sure you don't react negatively. Or see how you are with RC first, it may be plenty. Likewise for more than 2 grams FG.
